YETI is a purely web-based system, and requires no additional hardware - CogniSoft are ISO27001 certified and are experts at delivering information securely over the web.
The application is installed on a central server which can then be accessed by any computer which has access to the internet. There is no local installation of any kind and the software does not rely on any third party connectivity software.

- Complete data security with 'internet banking level' HTTPS connection and two-factor authentication if required. No data is stored locally so the risks of compromising details are greatly reduced.
- There are two options for the installation of the system. It can either be hosted internally by the client or we can host the system in our secure, ISO27001 certified data centre.

Custom Forms can be created from scratch and user-defined fields can be tailored to the terminology you are familiar with to meet your day to day business processes.
As with all our products, the system is also totally web based; there is no third party software required other than a web browser. The system can be accessed from any machine and is fully zero-client meaning that no footprint is left on the machine used to access the system. This is useful when the system is accessed from machines outside of the customer’s network.
Cognisoft have been providing software for training providers since 1987 after we developed a system for the NJTS (New Job Training Scheme) programme.

We have continually kept up with changes required by the various funding bodies over the years to keep YETI fully compliant with the requirements of the SFA, DWP, JCP, DCELLS and Scottish Enterprise etc., whilst always including the flexibility to handle non-funded training and unique or custom contracts.
