Our Understanding
CogniSoft's core business for over two decades has been to support training providers in tracking and monitoring several hundred thousand individual journeys through learning and training programmes.
Whilst this is difficult enough in it's own right, our experience over this time has taught us that tracking complex client journeys is only half the story. Managing constantly changing contracts and increasingly complex claims processes make the job of delivering effective (and profitable) learning and skills contacts all the more difficult.
Over this time we have worked with all the main statutory organisations, developing tracking systems to meet government requirements since 1987 means that we have a wealth of experience in working to the latest LSC, DCELLS, ESF, Scottish Enterprise and Job Centre Plus requirements.
We have also helped a wide range of organisations to deliver these contracts; from the smallest training providers delivering LSC funded training to 150 clients a year, through to Working Links and their range of JCP funded contracts which has seen thousands of advisers getting over a hundred thousands of clients into jobs over the years.
The common requirements from all of these organisations during this time has consistently been the flexibility for them to balance the contractual claims process with the way their business works, and absolute confidence in the response of their software supplier to quickly meet the ever changing contractual goal-posts, leaving them free to focus on the delivery of their programmes.
Our Software
All of this experience over the years has been continually poured back into our learning and skills system YETI which has resulted in it becoming arguably the most flexible and powerful system available today:

YETI is a well respected application and is used by some of the country’s largest Training Providers including Rathbone, Brent in2 Work, JT Ltd, Working Links, NLTG, Training 2000 and PeopleServe.
