Our Understanding
CogniSoft have been involved in supporting regeneration projects since our work with Brent in2 Work began back in 2001. One of the key things we have learned during that time is that whilst regional priorities and approaches often vary, the challenges that organisations face in tackling worklessness and deprivation in their local area are often very similar.
Practitioners face the same difficulties in; managing difficult and complex client caseloads, in effectively tracking their clients journeys through various programmes and ultimately difficulties in ensuring they are getting the right resources and guaranteeing the best outcomes for the people in their area.
We believe that all these challenges and obstacles stem from an organisation's ability to produce the type of quality information that helps them to have a clearer understand of the impact they have on their clients.
Our Software
Ultimately, the product of our experience is our software. Our suite of flexible tracking, MI and reporting tools comprising YETI and IO share the same core princliples - that they are web based, flexible and support the way organisations work rather than prescribing it.
