Our Understanding
Our 25 years of experience has provided us with a deep understanding of the issues and challenges those working with young people face. We have worked with our customers to help them through the many changes in social and political climate over the years and ensured they have always been able to manage, understand and account for the work they have done.
Through our experience we have developed a highly configurable and flexible software system with a range of functionality that has been designed to focus on the needs of youth support practitioners and give them the tools they need to work in the most effective way.
At the same time we are able to help youth support organisations to produce the type of quality information that helps them to have a clearer understand of the impact they have on their young people.
Our experience has also led us to shape the way others work in this field - CogniSoft worked with Connexions Cornwall and Devon to develop the Connexions Customer Information System (CCIS) and through our report on the pilot, shaped the technology and processes around this system for the rest of the Connexions Partnerships in England. Our experience is still called upon by the DCSF and is an invaluable part of our service to our customers.
Our Software
Ultimately, the product of our experience is our integrated youth support system, 'IO'. The system brings together Youth Work and CCIS recording into a single web based system and helps Youth Support organisations to manage and understand the work they are doing.
