User Groups

All of CogniSoft's products have been developed in response to our customer's needs and with many years of practitioner input. Our user groups are valuable forums in which the future of our products is shaped

Scope

CogniSoft hold regular user group meetings across the UK allowing our customers to voice their ideas and queries to CogniSoft.

We maintain a programme of continuous development and software updates so User Groups give us an important opportunity to discuss upcoming changes and evaluate their implications.

  • User groups are held at regional venues across the country to ensure all our customers have the best opportunity to attend
  • Frequent meetings - Between 2 to 4 times a year depending on the product and number of annual releases
  • Truly open forum for discussion on development for the next and future releases
  • Agenda includes items relating to our programme of continual technical improvement, statutory changes and practitioner feedback

Benefits

For our customers, this means they can be sure that their organisations are not adversely affected by any changes and that they can properly prepare their organisations for changes.

Ultimately we want to maintain our philosophy that software is primarily a tool for practitioners and that accurate statutory outputs are a by-product of an effective product.

Discussing all up-and-coming statutory changes in this way not only ensures our customers are happy, but the continued relevance of our products to the way practitioners work relies on our ability to communicate in this way.

Whilst serving these primary functions, it should not be overlooked that User Groups also create a sense of community amongst users; giving our customers the opportunity to meet similar organisations, share best practice, discuss and share information with each other on a variety of topics affecting them.
