Reporting Focus
CogniSoft understand the importance of good quality reports and we strive to support our customers to make sure they have the key reports they need.
Our systems have a series of 'built in' reports and we are also able to provide ready-made report suites in Microsoft SSRS or Crystal Reports, both which are available for customers to download and use as required.
It is likely though that each organisation will have their own unique reporting requirements and we believe having the freedom to create custom reports whenever they are required, using a reporting tool such as Microsoft SSRS or Crystal Reports is actually the best approach for our customers.
Our approach therefore is to provide the training organisations will need to effectively use these tools to their best advantage and supporting this with 'hands on' workshops to refine their skills.

Support where it is needed
If resources are an issue though and ultimately an organisation does not have the capacity to create reports in this way, customers can opt to outsource their reporting to CogniSoft.
We will work with those customers to understand the requirement to produce the reports they need and ensure that their suite of reports delivers all the information they need to make their strategic decisions or support the work they are doing with statutory bodies.
