Cognisoft's overriding approach to training is to 'train the trainer' so that our custmers can control the timing, structure and content of their training to best suit their own organisations. This also tends to be the most cost effective approach.
Our Courses
Whatever the need, CogniSoft can offer custom training to address your needs. Here are a few of our more commonly provided courses:
- Report Writing – Training courses and practical workshops on both the reporting tools and the database schema will ensure you get the information you need out of the system. CogniSoft are experts in reporting using SQL Server Reporting Services and Crystal Reports.
- End User Training – Organisations can choose to have tailored end user training courses delivered by one of our qualified trainers. CogniSoft are system and training experts and our end user training is often the most cost effective option and will deliver better results.
- Train the Trainer Course – We can assist nominated trainers with course design and in producing effective documentation. This can also be extended to cover how to train other people and where necessary conduct micro-teaching sessions.
