Since CogniSoft was first established in 1984, we have specialised solely in client tracking and management information systems to providers of learning, guidance, support and employment services.
Our team has a wealth of product and industry knowledge that is available for customers to call upon and our customer focused approach has been key to our continued success over the last 30 years.
Our experience is reflected in mature and stable products that are proven to work from the ground up. All of our product development has been steered by customer input and user group forums so our systems are practical and usable, as well as having all the functionality organisations need to effectively manage their contracts.
Involving our customers and engaging with them in this way has led us to develop strong and lasting relationships, with some of our customers having been with us for over 20 years.
Serious About Security
CogniSoft work with very sensitive client data on behalf of our customers; from DWP Claimant data, to detailed Local Authority data on vulnerable young people. Information security is therefore a principle concern and CogniSoft’s Information Security Management processes are certified to ISO 27001:2013 standards.
Our approach to security in all of our software development and hosted delivery processes is a feature of our audit and forms a part of our ISO certification. All staff are subject to the information security management system and all our internal processes are covered, including the hosting services we would use to provide the system.
CogniSoft have a business continuity to cope with events beyond our control. See what changes we have made to help you. On 17th of March 2020 CogniSoft have initiated the plan in order to allow some employees to work from alternative locations. This will not effect services to you. Our cloud environment, support services, account management are all working.
