RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Working as an integral part of the sales team, the Digital Marketing Executive role is responsible for developing the brand, raising awareness of our business and its products, generating leads for our sales team, as well as digital platform responsibility, organising and coordinating all external events.

  • Responsible for ensuring consistent branding and company key messages.
  • Google AdWords – responsible for PPC campaign and monthly spends.
  • Google Analytics Reporting – providing agreed key stats to management each month
  • Responsible for maintaining the company’s website content using Umbraco CMS
  • Maintain a yearly Marketing and PR Plan to generate leads for the Sales Team.
  • Manage the marketing budget and evaluate the campaign each year.
  • Monitor ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and paper trail in line with the accounts department systems.
  • Organise (and attend when required) Conferences / Exhibitions.
  • Source advertising opportunities and secure bookings based on yearly marketing plan.
  • Liaise with external partners such as graphic designers, printers and PR agencies if required
  • Develop an email marketing campaign with the aim of 1 internal and 1 external per month.
  • Keep Social Media profiles up-to-date with regular activity.
  • Write copy for all marketing collateral incl: Case Studies, Brochures, Emails, Website, Newsletter.
  • Competitor analysis – monitor activity and feedback to management.
  • Monitor industry news and developments.
  • Provide monthly dashboard stats on marketing activity.

Working as a part of the sales team, the Sales Support is responsible for generating, qualifying and follow-up of new business leads, providing administrative support to the sales & marketing team and pre-sales client support.

This is a varied role and daily tasks will include:

  • Telephone based research, lead generation and sales campaigns
  • Provide internal support to the sales team
  • Follow-up activities for Sales consultant
  • Answer inbound sales enquiries and liaise with relevant salesperson

  • Provide support for external events and exhibitions

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

This role is to be responsible for generating new business in CogniSoft’s Learning and Skills market with the YETI system. The territory is UK wide.

Working as a part of the sales team, The Sales Executive will be responsible for building new business by converting leads that are generated by Marketing/ Telesales activity.

This is a varied role and daily tasks will include:

  • Sales presentations and software demonstrations both online and face to face, potential clients based UK wide.
  • Maintaining your own demo systems
  • Producing detailed quotations/ proposals and where required, competing for business through a tender process
  • Managing the sales pipeline and maintain accurate sales forecasts through the CRM
  • Manage the order/ fulfilment process, often requiring input into/ oversight of development processes
  • Working with all areas of the business to facilitate the sale and contribute to the wider performance of the business
    • Development – feeding back into product development based on demos
    • Marketing – Working on sales/ marketing campaigns in their sector with the marketing executive
    • Implementation – Ensuring there is a comprehensive handover process for new customers
    • Account management – the sales person maintains the account management responsibilities for the first year, after this point the customer is handed over to the Account Manager.
    • Attending the main sector conferences and exhibitions to promote YETI and CogniSoft

The successful candidate will need to be able demonstrate a comprehensive, business critical software system with numerous application modules, into a complex market sector – we need someone with that ability; to learn on their feet and take ownership of the education process on our products and customers’ businesses. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

As an Application Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing application support to external customers and assisting them with our web-based software via the telephone or by email.  The role is ideally suited to those with an IT background or those individuals who have worked within the Skills sector, who may be looking for a change in direction, as the role also requires the successful candidate to gain an excellent knowledge of our customers’ business area.

To be considered, you must have at least one of the following:

  • Ideally an MI specialist or a DBA wishing to broaden their role
  • Experience in a customer facing/customer service role
  • An IT qualification with knowledge of SQL,
  • Knowledge of secure systems and working in a structured environment including ITIL
  • Experience with ESFA (Skills Funding Agency), Learning and Skills or DWP Welfare to Work contracts would be desirable but not essential
  • This is also the ideal opportunity for a customer-focused professional, interested in IT or interest with databases or internal support of Learner Management systems.
This is a varied role and daily tasks will include:
  • Answering application queries in line with Skills sector business knowledge
  • Ensuring queries are answered within the SLA
  • Diagnosing issues and resolving with customer or escalating to the dev team
  • Ensuring that the issue logging software is kept up to date with your jobs at all times
  • Taking ownership of users’ issues
  • Ensuring that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.

  • Resolve practical issues and software problems and refer escalated issues to our software developers whilst still maintaining the running of the support job.
