We are currently recruiting for an exciting new role which would ideally suit a Skills professional with a background in apprenticeship returns or work-based learning administration.

This role is ideally suited to those who have worked within the Skills sector or careers advice, who may be looking for a change in direction, as the role also requires the successful candidate to be experienced at competent at working within our customers’ business area.
This is the ideal opportunity for a customer-focused professional, interested in IT or interest with databases or internal support of Learner Management systems.
As an Application Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing application support to external customers and assisting them with our web-based software via the telephone or by email.
The role involves answering application queries in line with skills sector or careers business knowledge, diagnosing issues and occasionally testing new releases.
Taking ownership of users’ issues, you will ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times. Responding to enquires in an efficient and friendly manner, you will help to resolve practical issues and software problems and refer escalated issues to our software developers whilst still maintaining the running of the support job.
We will provide full in-house training and support on the application to ensure you are knowledgeable and comfortable in assisting our customers.
