A2Dominion is a residential property group with a social purpose, reinvesting 100% of profits into building new homes, managing existing homes, and supporting local communities. With over 37,000 properties in their portfolio and many more under construction, A2Dominion provides homes in London and the South East for key workers, students, older people and those looking to rent or buy affordable housing.

The challenge

A2Dominion has an in-house employability scheme to support residents into work and help them to sustain employment and is also a delivery partner of the Love London Working consortium. A database was required to monitor participants on the programmes, as data were being held on spreadsheets across a number teams within the Community Investment Department.

The solution

YETI was used by the lead partner in the Love London Working programme, Clarion Housing, therefore it was felt beneficial to consider the same application to aid data compliance and compatibility. Nevertheless, a detailed analysis of all the MI Systems available took place which resulted in YETI being selected as the system which best suited A2Dominion’s needs. Employment and Enterprise Manager Bassam Mahfouz explained why A2Dominion chose YETI, “We found it a very straight forward system to use and were attracted by the detailed reports YETI can produce.
