Fife Forum join CogniSoft to enhance information, advice and guidance service

CogniSoft is delighted to announce the addition of Scottish adult services charity Fife Forum to our customer base.

Fife Forum will use the IO platform to underpin its service delivery, which includes an advocacy service for older people in care homes and hospitals, forums for elderly people to campaign for better rights, services and facilities and user panels, in which older people across Fife have an opportunity to influence the way services are planned and provided at a local level.

The information, advice and guidance provided by Fife Forum is hugely beneficial to both service users and those involved in the provision of care for adults and older people across the county, as information is made available to policy makers and those responsible for implementing and delivering services.

CogniSoft’s Sales Manager, Chris Harrison commented, ‘We’re really pleased to be able to support the important work Fife Forum are doing. We work on similar programmes with around half of Local Authorities in Scotland but Fife Forum is the first charity we’ve been able to work with, and we’re delighted to be able to offer our expertise to benefit such a worthwhile purpose.’

John McKendrick, CEO of Fife Forum said “We are pleased to be working with CogniSoft to develop software that meets the needs of our Local Co-ordination Teams to capture the vast range of work that they do with people on a one to one basis to meet their needs, enabling them to remain active members of their communities.”
