ESFA ILR Export
YETI enables you to manage your ESFA export with confidence, the process starts with our inbuilt ESFA business rules on the data entry pages ensuring accuracy from the beginning, as the user keys information into the system, any errors are highlighted and can be rectified before saving.
The system contains a powerful batch data export facility, allowing customers to easily select contracts, periods and at the click of a button generate an up-load to the ESFA. The system interrogates this data prior to submission allowing the user to update prior to export thereby lowering exception reports and enabling effective comparison. YETI’s PFR reconciliation allows ESFA figures to be compared to YETI data and any discrepancies highlighted.
Online Onboarding and Enrolment
Speed up your onboarding process, increase efficiency, accuracy and most importantly learner engagement with our secure online onboarding. Learners complete the registration form, administrators are notified and check eligibility before inviting the learner to upload eligibility evidence and complete their Skills Scan once approved the sILR is created and the learner is fully onboarded.
ePortfolio
Our ePortfolio provides Tutors with all the tools they need to record initial assessments, skills scans and diagnostic results. Tutors can track learner progress and provide tasks and feedback for the learner with a clear and concise, easy to use interface. The Learners Learner Portal increases learner engagement, enabling them to view their own progress, upload evidence, view and respond to tutor feedback, log off the job hours and see all appointments in an easy to use calendar, all on a secure and simple Dashboard.
