The launch of our YETI Help Centre
We are pleased to announce the launch of our Help Centre within YETI. This new feature allows users to search ‘how to’ guides on functionality such as:
- System Admin
- Additional Modules
- Self Service Portal
- Technical Information
Simply click on the ‘help’ button as shown below, located in the toolbar at the top of the YETI application.
Once you have clicked the ‘help’ button, a new tab will be opened which will display the Help Centre as per the image below;
To navigate through the topics, either use the images above, or the menu on the left hand side, alternatively use the search bar to use keywords.
Any user logged into the application will have access to the Help Centre, enabling them to access help and support directly without the need to raise a Support ticket. Please continue to contact our friendly Support team if your question isn’t answered within the online help.
