CogniSoft have a passion for helping our customers improve peoples’ lives, this is reflected in the people we have working for us. Our teams include colleagues who have previously worked in the sector, who have an interest in software and technology, but wanted to use their knowledge and skills in a slightly different way. Regardless of previous experience, our employees each bring their own unique talents to their roles, we are lucky to benefit from the experience of some who have been with us for more than 15 years, as well as the fresh ideas that new personnel bring with them. We pride ourselves on the friendly and inclusive culture we have built within our company, with two core values at the heart of our behaviours; ‘Work Together’ and ‘Deliver Your Best. We aim for collaborative working within our teams, helping to share knowledge within the organisation thereby delivering a great service to our customers.

We believe in an open and honest environment and as such, we hold quarterly staff meetings at which the management team present the current project status’s, announce the focus for the next quarter and our progress towards our annual strategic goals. We welcome feedback and questions from all our colleagues.

We have a social committee who organise our social gatherings. These range from a Christmas night out, a summer night out and one of our popular activities is holding a buffet lunch following our quarterly staff meeting. Everyone participates by bringing in homemade or shop bought items and we all get to experience each other’s favourite foods!
