WHO ARE COGNISOFT?
CogniSoft have been at the forefront of digital solutions for the skills and employability sector for almost four decades. Their journey began in 1986 with the development of a case management system for the Job Training Scheme (JTS), followed shortly by solutions for the Youth Training Scheme (YTS) and Employment Training Scheme (ETS).
Recognising the overlap in programme needs, CogniSoft combined these systems in the early 1990s to create YETI (Youth and Employment Information System), a milestone that continues to underpin their offering today. Over the years, YETI has evolved to a platform supporting providers of Learning, Skills and Employability across the UK. Today, over 3 million individuals are supported by CogniSoft’s systems, across 250 provider organisations.
